Mr Lee Seng Chan was the Founding Partner of UHY Lee Seng Chan & Co. He founded the firm as a sole proprietor in 1967 and has since then transformed the company to become a leading business advisory group with 3 regional offices in the Asia Pacific.

LEE SENG SUAN Senior Partner and Advisor

Mr Lee Seng Suan is a Senior Partner of UHY Lee Seng Chan & Co. He has more than 35 years of professional exposure and experience in auditing and accounting of local and international companies. His other business advisory involvements include but not limited to taxation, business valuations, Mergers and Acquisitions, corporate recovery and restructuring, due diligence reviews, initial public offerings, risk evaluations and management aspects of corporate activities across a spectrum of industries.

Mr Lee is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore) with Certificate for Practice with ISCA and Public Accountant registered with ACRA. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), CPA Australia and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, U.K. (ACCA).  He is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, U.K. (CIMA) and the Malaysia Institute of Accountants (MIA) and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, U.K. (ICSA).

LEE SEN CHOON Managing Partner and Group Chairman

Mr Lee has more than 30 years of professional and global experience, blending a mixture of internal and external audit, accounting controllership, taxation, reorganisation, share and business evaluations for acquisition and corporate reconstruction, due diligence reviews, initial public offering listing and risk management from a spectrum of industries, across countries. 

Mr Lee sits on the Boards of the listed companies as Independent Director as well as Audit Committee Chairman providing financial and business advices.

He is a Graduate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies, UK.   Mr Lee is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore) with Certificate for Practice with ISCA and Public Accountant registered with ACRA. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).

KELVIN LEE KIANG PIAW Group CEO

Kelvin is responsible for the strategy and management of the entire group. He also represents the group in various joint ventures in China and Malaysia. His accounting experience and corporate development background covers mining, public accounting, environmental engineering, software development & distribution, China advisory, internet ventures and manufacturing.

Kelvin was previously appointed as an Independent Director of a Singapore main board listed company involving in audit, nominating and remuneration committees. He is currently a director/SMC member of both Nanyang Junior College and Chung Cheng High School. He was actively involved as the honorary auditor/treasurer for Shanghai Singapore Business Association (SSBA is now known as Singapore Chamber of Commerce in China-Shanghai Chapter) during 2003-2016.

Kelvin is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and CPA Australia.

CRISPIN LEE CHIAN PING Head of Outsourcing & Group COO

Crispin has over 20 years of business consulting experience in government, manufacturing, IT, telcos, education, banking & finance, oil & gas and healthcare industries. His specialisation includes business process improvement and re-engineering, IT system audit & assurance, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Ex Oracle Consulting, Accenture, PWC (IBM), Deloitte Consulting, Andersen, and KPMG Consulting (BearingPoint).

Crispin has projects managed locally as well as globally across the US and many Asia Pacific countries.

LEE SENG WOI Group Head of Finance & HR

Mr Lee Seng Woi graduated from Nanyang University with a Bachelor of Science (Mathematics) and he has more than 30 years of informational technology, system, payroll and accounting application experience at both operational and strategic levels. He has been a director with the LSC Group of companies since the early 80’s.

LEE SENG HUA Group Head of Office Support and Administration

Mr Lee Seng Hua joins the LSC Group of companies in the 70’s and has been the key office support and administrative director. He has strong relationship with the clients and is instrumental in growing with the group.

ALWYN LEE JIAN YUN Co-Head of Corporate Finance & Business Development

Alwyn has 8 years of experience in accounting. He is a driven entrepreneur with extensive network of clients and contacts in the SME market in Singapore. He is experienced in Mergers & Acquisitions as well as business valuation.

POH SUN ENG Partner

Mr Poh has more than 25 years of professional audit and has gained many experiences and exposures through conducting and reviewing audit of various industries.

As a partner, Mr Poh is involved in the planning, allocation and management of audit assignments, audit reviews and report, interviews with clients and on-the-job training and supervisor of staff members of the audit and assurance department. He has oversight responsibility in audit planning, reviews and reports of Audit & Assurance department in our Malaysia office. He is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore) with Certificate for Practice with ISCA and Public Accountant registered with ACRA.

Mr Poh is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA). 

TAN GUEK KEE Partner

Ms Tan is the Engagement Partner responsible for external audits to ensure that the engagements are performed in accordance with the statutory audit requirements and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.

She is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore) with Certificate for Practice with ISCA and Public Accountant registered with ACRA. She has more than 25 years of professional experiences in external audits including construction and development companies, trading and retailing, manufacturing, transport and freight forwarding, agriculture, hotels and restaurants, shipbuilding and repairing, laboratories and pests control, fishing companies, travel and tour agents, jewelry and plastic manufacturing, advertising and media, estate and auctioneers.

Ms Tan is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, U.K. (ACCA)

 WILLIAM LEE KIAN SANG Partner

William has more than 15 years of professional audit experience and has gained numerous exposures through his portfolio of varied industries. He is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore) with Certificate for Practice with ISCA and Public Accountant registered with ACRA. 

William manages a team of audit members consist of audit manager, supervisor, seniors and assistants and is fully responsible for compliance with the performances of the team audit. His responsibilities also include given guidance and training to audit staff on current accounting and auditing standards and applicable requirements of Singapore law and appraising the performances of the audit team members. He is also leading a team handling Financial Statement Compilation.

Mr Lee is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and CPA Australia.

VINCENT TANG BOON SUN Partner

Vincent leads the firm’s training department and assists in engagement quality control in accordance with Singapore/International Standards on Quality Control. He is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore) with Certificate for Practice with ISCA, Public Accountant registered with ACRA, involved in engagements listed in the Stock Exchanges of Singapore and Malaysia.

Vincent graduated from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore with Bachelor of Accountancy. He has over 14 years of professional exposure and experience in auditing and accounting services, including 4 years with one of the Big Four Accountancy firms in Singapore. Apart from audit, Vincent also participated in initial public offerings (“IPOs”), agree-upon procedure and due diligence assignments. He was involved in one engagement complying with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (“SOX”).

YUKI XU SHUANGHONG Partner

Yuki Xu has more than 16 years of professional audit experiences. She joined UHY Lee Seng Chan & Co in 2003 and recently been appointed as Partner on 1 July 2020. She holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. She is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore) with Certificate for Practice with ISCA and Public Accountant registered with ACRA.

Yuki is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).

MICHAEL ONG KIAN MENG Partner

Michael is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore) with Certificate for Practice with ISCA, a Public Accountant registered with ACRA and a Certified Public Accountant of Australia (CPA Australia).  He graduated from the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore with a Bachelor of Accountancy degree and has a total of more than 26 years of audit and commercial experience.

His audit experience spans across various industries, including, construction, property development, mining, manufacturing, oil and gas, agriculture, hotel & hospitality, textile industry, fund management, telecommunications and banking and financial institution.

Throughout his entire audit experience, Michael has been involved in the provision of auditing and related services to more than 24 SGX-listed corporations. In addition, Michael has also participated in initial public offering assignments and due diligence assignments.

JUDY KOH GEOK HOON Head of Corporate Secretarial

Judy started her career with Allied Corporate Services Pte Ltd in 1984.  She works from the ground up starting as a junior clerk and now managing the business unit as one of the leading corporate secretarial service providers for SMEs in Singapore.

CECILIA LIM FUM FUM Senior Manager, IA & Risk Advisory

Cecilia has more than 15 years of professional and global experience, spanning internal and external audit, accounting controllership and risk management from a spectrum of industries, across countries. She also has achieved accreditation from the IIA to perform Quality Assessments/Validation of internal audit functions.

Cecilia is involved in the consulting and outsourcing engagements (including Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Financing of Terrorism audit of pawnshops) for clients. She also has overall responsibility for client service and project delivery.

Cecilia is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and the Institute of Internal Auditors Singapore (IIA).
